Solutions: Financial Statement Reviews

A financial statement review serves to provide CPA assurance at a level greater than a compilation, but less than a full scale audit. Our review services consist primarily of inquiries of company personnel and analytical procedures applied to financial data. It is substantially less in scope than an audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards – the objective of which is the expression of an opinion regarding the financial statements taken as a whole. Based on our review, acknowledge any material modifications that should be made to the financial statements in order to make them conform with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. However, we do not however express an overall opinion on the financial statements that comes with a full scale audit.
